WEBSITE STRATEGY · DESIGN · BUILD

Good business.
Clearly presented.

Your website should make it easy to understand what you do, why it matters and how to get in touch.

We bring the words, design and build together around those three jobs.

Let’s talk about your website

WEBSITES / FROM FIRST IMPRESSION TO CLEAR ACTION

01 / CLARIFY

Make the first screen answer the first question.

Visitors should quickly understand what you offer, who it helps and what they can do next.

02 / GUIDE

Shape every section around a real customer decision.

Hierarchy, proof and interaction work together as one deliberate route rather than disconnected decoration.

03 / ADAPT

Keep the experience clear on every screen.

Layout, type and controls are recomposed for mobile instead of merely shrinking the desktop page.

04 / VERIFY

Release a website that has been tested, not assumed.

Responsive behaviour, accessibility, performance and the contact path are checked before launch.

THE DESIGN IN PRACTICE
FORM — fictional design example
FORM / Architecture for everyday life.

A FICTIONAL ARCHITECTURE PRACTICE

Space to live.
Room to grow.

Thoughtful home extensions.
From your first ideas to a clear plan.

PROJECT EVIDENCEThe finished work belongs here.

Use real photography, context and an attributable outcome. Never ask decoration to do the work of proof.

Evidence-first media positionReal project material supplied and approved by the client.
Let the work explain the approach.A real project would show the brief, design decisions and finished space here.

An example, not a portfolio claim. Explore how the layout supports a visitor’s decision.

Same content. A considered layout for every screen.

01 / THE THINKING BEHIND THE PAGE

Make the important
things easy to find.

A visitor should not have to piece your offer together. Each part of the page answers a different question.

“Is this for someone like me?”

A clear headline names the work and who it helps. Supporting words add useful detail, while type and spacing make the main message easy to scan.

In the example: the service is home extensions, explained before the visitor is asked to act.

“What gives me confidence?”

Show real work, a useful example or an explanation of your approach close to the claim it supports. We help identify what you can show and where it belongs.

In the example: a clearly labelled space for project context. Real evidence must come from your business.

“What happens next?”

A specific contact link tells visitors where to go. Explain what to share and what the conversation is for, so getting in touch feels straightforward.

In the example: “Discuss your website” leads to this page’s next-step section. Nothing is submitted by the demo.

02 / FROM FIRST QUESTION TO FINISHED SITE

A useful website starts
before the design.

We agree what your site needs to do, then make the structure, words and design work together.

01

A plan for the pages.

We review your audience, offer and current website. Then we map the pages and navigation around the questions people need answered.

  • Small screens. Real journeys.Review desktop, tablet and mobile layouts, readable content and the route to contact.
  • Links, forms and keyboard access.Check the agreed interactions, form delivery, focus states and accessibility basics.
  • A sound starting point for search.Review headings, page titles, descriptions, internal links, performance and redirects where needed.

Final checks and handover documents are defined in your project scope.

CLEAR FROM THE START

Agree the work.
Know what follows.

Search foundations ≠ ongoing SEO.

A well-structured build gives search engines a sensible starting point. Ongoing research, content improvement and search reporting are a separate SEO service. A new website cannot guarantee rankings or enquiries.

Content, hosting and upkeep.

We agree who provides and approves copy, images and other media, who manages hosting and domain access, and what support is needed after launch. These responsibilities belong in the scope.

04 / QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Before
we begin.

Can you improve our existing website?

Often, yes. We first review the structure, content and editing setup. If the foundations support the changes you need, a focused improvement may make more sense than a rebuild.

Do you write the copy and source images?

Copywriting and media work can be included when agreed in scope. Your team supplies business knowledge, verifies claims and approves the content. We confirm who provides photographs, illustrations and any necessary usage rights before the build.

Will we be able to edit the site ourselves?

The planned WordPress and Divi 4 build uses reusable sections and clear editing guidance. We agree which updates your team needs to make and cover those tasks in handover.

Does a website project include SEO?

The agreed build includes search foundations such as page structure, headings, titles and internal links. Ongoing SEO strategy, new content and reporting are separate work. We explain that boundary in the proposal.

How long will it take, and what will it cost?

That depends on the pages, content, integrations and review process. We agree the scope, quote and schedule once those requirements are clear. Content readiness and feedback availability affect the plan.

Who handles hosting and support after launch?

We agree hosting, domain access, licences, backups, updates and support responsibilities before work begins. Ongoing maintenance is not assumed to be included in the website build.

Can you connect forms or other business tools?

Forms and integrations can be included when specified. We review the tools, access and data handling requirements first, then agree what will be connected and how it will be tested.

Will a new design bring more enquiries?

A clear website can make it easier for the right people to understand your offer and contact you. Results also depend on your audience, traffic, offer and follow-up. We do not guarantee an increase in enquiries.
